This symbol indicates that this machine should  
not be disposed with your general household  
waste. To prevent possible harm to the  
environment or human health from uncontrolled  
waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the  
sustainable reuse of material resources. When this  
machine has reached the end of its serviceable life,  
please take it to a recognised WEEE (Waste Electrical  
and Electronic Equipment) collection facility such as  
your local civic amenity site for recycling. Your local  
authority or retailer will be able to advise you of your  
nearest recycling facility.  
Using your air-purifying headphones  
Do not carry out any maintenance or repair work other  
than that shown in the Dyson user manual, or advised  
by the Dyson Helpline.  
The recommended temperature ranges for your air-  
purifying headphones are as follows:  
Storing: -30°C (-22°F) and 60°C (140°F)  
Operating: -10°C (14°F) and 40°C (104°F)  
Charging: 10°C (50°F) and 40°C (104°F)  
Cleaning your air-purifying headphones  
Follow all cleaning instructions in the Dyson  
User manual.  
Use only cleaning agents recommended by Dyson.  
Replaceable parts  
Your filter unit is non-washable and non-recyclable.  
The MyDyson™app will alert you when the filter  
needs replacing.

Dispose of the exhausted filter unit(s) in accordance  
with local ordinances or regulations.  
Replacement filters can be purchased via the Dyson  
website at www.dyson.com.  
The battery is non-user replaceable. If your air-  
purifying headphones are not working as they should

Dyson Helpline for further advice.

the MyDyson™app to work.

compatible with current operating systems, but this is  
not guaranteed. If you have any questions or would  
like to check the latest compatibility, please contact the  
Dyson Helpline.  
What is covered  
The repair or replacement of your Dyson machine (at  
Dyson’s discretion) if it is found to be defective due to  
faulty materials, workmanship or function within two  
years of purchase or delivery (if any part is no longer  
available or out of manufacture, Dyson will replace it  
with a functional replacement part).  
Your mobile device must have Bluetooth ® wireless  
technology 4.0 support (Bluetooth ® wireless  
technology Low Energy) in order to set up a connection  
with the machine. Check your device specification  
for compatibility.  
Where this machine is sold outside the EU: this  
guarantee remains valid if the machine is used  
abroad, but may only be exercised in the country  
in which the machine is purchased. Please contact  
Dyson for further information.  
Where this machine is sold within the EU: this  
guarantee remains valid if the machine is used  
abroad. This guarantee may be exercised (i) in the  
country in which the machine or, (ii) if the machine  
was purchased in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany,  
Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain or the United  
Kingdom, in any of these countries provided that  
the same model as this machine is sold at the same  
voltage rating in the relevant country. Please contact

FFP2 Community or Community face covering  
Important information  
EN 149:2001+A1:2009 single-use respirators against  
solid and liquid aerosols are classified according to one  
of three categories - FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3. Always check  
to which category your mask belongs. Information and  
markings can be found on the mask itself and on its  
packaging. The letters "NR" (not reusable) indicate that  
masks are single-use and must be disposed of at the end  
of a work shift.  
The FFP2 Community face covering is classed as FFP2 NR.  
It is NOT regarded as PPE (personal protective equipment)  
or a medical grade face mask.  
What is not covered  
Storage instructions  
Replacement filter units. The machine's filter units are  
not covered by the guarantee.  
Until the face covering is used, it must be stored sealed in  
its original packaging to preserve its properties. During  
storage and transport, the environmental conditions  
specified by the manufacturer for the correct storage of the  
product must be observed. The face covering's out-of-box  
performance is guaranteed for 60 months (five years) from  
the date of manufacture.  
Dyson does not guarantee the repair or replacement of a  
product where a defect is the result of:  
Damage caused by not carrying out the  
recommended machine maintenance.  
Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use  
or care, misuse, neglect, carelessness or operation or  
handling of the machine which is not in accordance  
with the Dyson User manual.  
Storage temperature range of -30°C to +60°C and  
relative humidity range of 10 - 95%.  
Maintenance  
Use of the machine outside of normal use.  
Use of the machine for anything other than the use it  
is designed for.  
Washing instruction: For longest life of Community face  
covering hand wash in warm water with detergent. For  
more instructions see local guidance on Community face  
covering washing.  
Drying instruction: Open air drying on flat surface in  
well ventilated area for 24 hours or until fully dry. Do not  
tumble dry .  
Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance  
with the instructions of Dyson.  
Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine  
Dyson components.  
Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than  
Dyson or its authorised agents.  
Normal wear and tear.  
Do not wash or re-use FFP2 Community face covering.
