- Page 3: Welcome to POGS Thank you for buying POGS headphones designed specifically for kids to enjoy music and other content in a safe, creative, and sustainable way. We recommend that you take a few minutes to read through this manual to get the most out of your headphones. Your POGS box contains: • 1 x POGS ‘The Gecko’ wireless headphones • 1 x USB charging cable • 1 x QuickSafe cable with 3.5mm plug • 1 x POGLink cable with 3.5mm plug • 1 x Quick Start Guide to get you started
- Page 4: Charge your POGS Wireless ‘The Gecko’ headphones using the enclosed USB cable for approximately 3 hours before first use. Connect the USB charging cable to your computer or USB charger; the LED light will illuminate in white during charging and will go out when fully charged. Adjust the headband for optimal audio and wearing comfort, ensuring the ear cushions rest comfortably on your ears. Activate or deactivate the Bluetooth® functions by sliding the on/off button.
- Page 5: When activating, the LED light next to the on/off button, as well as the light on the side of the speakers, will turn on. You can link (pair) compatible devices, e.g. most smartphones, with your POGS ‘The Gecko’ wireless headphones, via Bluetooth®. To pair your POGS ‘The Gecko’ wireless headphones, press the Bluetooth® pairing button for approximately 5-7 seconds. Select “My POGS Wireless Headphones” or “POGS Gecko” from the list of detected devices. To end your Bluetooth® connection, either turn off the Bluetooth® function on your smartphone, or slide the power off button on your headphones.
- Page 6: Reconnect your POGS Bluetooth® headphones automatically when Bluetooth® is switched on. Connect your POGS headphones to your smartphone using the QuickSafe cable for priority playback over Bluetooth®. Select the cable connection if Bluetooth® is not desired or the battery is empty. Share music with another POGS headphones using the POGLink cable. Make phone calls with Bluetooth®; music playback will pause for incoming calls.
- Page 7: Caring for your POGS headphones is essential for longevity. Regular cleaning is recommended to maintain performance. Use a dry microfiber cloth for dust and light dirt removal. Avoid liquids and abrasive cleaners to protect electronics. Ensure no liquids penetrate the headphones during cleaning.

Charge the battery or connect your POGS to your device of choice with the QuickSafe cable. Press and hold the pairing button for 10 seconds to reset. No audio playback via POGS headphones. Switch the Bluetooth® function on. Check all settings as POGS and your media device are not or no longer paired. Volume has been set too low.

To reduce the risk of electric shock, these headphones are intended to be used only with the charging cable provided by POGS. Protect your hearing Although POGS are volume-limited headphones, the WHO recommends limiting the use of headphones to no more than 2 hours per day. Safety notes for lithium polymer batteries Service should only be done by POGS B.V. or a service agent appointed by POGS B.V. Do not allow battery acid to come into contact with skin, eyes or mucus membranes.
