Check the battery and recharge the headphone if it is in low battery. When answering a call, I cannot hear anything. Ensure the mobile device is connected to headphone and not on speakerphone mode. The headphone cannot be charged. Ensure the USB-C charging cable is fully plugged in the headphone and charging port.
